Experience a high-energy, low-impact workout in our sun-drenched Chicago fitness studio. Our signature classes: The Rhythm, The Drip, The Mix, and The Groove all feature sound-driven, dynamic movement designed to embrace the rhythm of your body in motion and leave you feeling empowered.
Each class begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down. Rhythm-based movements match the playlist, and it’s always vibrant, sweaty, and fun. Most members find it takes about two to three classes to learn the moves and get comfortable on the rebounder. Our instructors offer modifications so everyone can feel confident, capable, and get the most out of every movement.
Our airy studio is filled with natural light and features an incredible sound system, thoughtfully selected equipment, and curated wellness + activewear finds. Whether you're joining a daily class or hosting a private event, you’ll find an inclusive atmosphere that inspires you to move.

Wear whatever makes you feel confident and ready to move, whether that’s comfy, elevated, or a 90’s retro fit. For rebounder workouts, we recommend leggings, shorts, or sweats.
For safety and stability, grippy socks or studio shoes are required. Since support needs vary by class format, we’re happy to share our favorite recommendations—just email us at commonlanguagestudio@gmail.com.
We also carry a curated selection of activewear, primarily from small, women-owned brands.
