50% Rebounding / 50% Sculpt

The Mix

35% Rebounding / 35% Toning / 30% Circuit

Focus: Cardio, Arms, Abs, + Total Body

Props: Rebounder, Bands, Ring, Ball, Box, Weights

Intensity Level

A collective movement of formats merged into 50 minutes. The Mix is a unique, high-energy workout that incorporates full-body sculpt, circuit, and g-force cardio jumping. Fusing metrics to music — energy will fill the space with how you move! This class leaves you drenched and funky fresh.

The Groove

50% Athletic Pilates Sculpt / 50% Rhythm-Based HIIT

Focus: Cardio, Arms, Abs, + Total Body

Props: Chair, bands, Ring, Ball, Box, Weights

Intensity Level

Strategic toning set in a heated room to get you sweaty and lengthen your muscles. Weights, bands, gliders, and body weight are the foundation of every class. You’ll utilize all planes of motion and move to the beat of the music.

The Drip

40% Rebounding / 60% Strength

Focus: Cardio, Arms, Abs, + Total Body

Props: Rebounder, Kettlebell
