WHAT IT IS

This is a private in-person OR virtual training to learn one of two signature Common Language formats so you can teach a CL class, infuse it into your own private trainings or incorporate it into your personal practice and workout routine.

WHO IT’S FOR

This is for you if you’re an instructor who would like to teach at Common Language, are a private trainer and would like to take the CL method to your own clients, or an individual/student who wants to incorporate this into your own practice and workout routine.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING THAT INCLUDES ALL YOU NEED TO TEACH A CL CLASS OR INCORPORATE IT INTO YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE.

  • Foundational training in The Mix or The Tempo, two of our signature class formats, where you’ll learn the formats of our unique method + workout.

  • 1:1 support (weekly) from Samantha so you can ask questions, test movements, and workout musicality.

  • A training manual to accompany you throughout your training + after your training ends so you can continue to receive guidance as you continue your practice

PART 1

THE
FOUNDATIONS

SELF-PACED COURSE


You’ll start off with the rebounding foundations course which serves as a fundamental requirement before teaching in our two methods at Common Language. This offers self-paced lectures, self-study materials, and lots of self-practice // play //creating combos// matching the music. Once this foundations program is completed, we will move on to part 2 training.

PART 2

THE
FORMATS

our rebounding x tone certification features an in-depth training in how to build a CL class. This includes in-person training with our lead instructors, self-practice, observation, and teaching hours. You will be able to program classes with detailed instructions, how to teach to a room full of people with different needs, modifications, and rockstar energy,

prerequisites: group fitness certification or ace. First Aid/CPR Certification. 20+ CL classes ( if a client)

for test out:
- 10 hours in-studio mentorship
- 20 hours self-practice w/ shared albums filmed moves for playlist
- 10 hours practice teaching
- 10 hours class observation

SAMANTHA MOSTACCIO

With over a decade of teaching around the globe, Samantha Mostaccio has become one of the most renowned presenters and educators in the fitness industry.

Her career started as a presenter for Zumba Fitness during its formative years in New York City. Samantha created a class that became a worldwide experience as she taught dance fitness globally in Brazil, France, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Italy, Canada, and major cities throughout the U.S. Her sold-out classes led to serving in several creative director roles for boutique fitness studios located in New York City, The Hamptons, Chicago, and the Tri-State area. Nike selected her to serve as a brand ambassador for the New York City Region presenting and teaching masterclasses.

After becoming a mama to her daughter, Aven, she became passionate designing a workout she was craving and needed with lymphatic rebounding, dance, sculpt, and hormonal health.

Samantha’s goal is to change how we engage with ourselves and the world through movement, Culture, music, sweat, and wellness.

  • We are only teaching the routine with a rebounding x pilates training program. Otherwise we have our main CL lab where all the formats are launched that you can enjoy at our brick and mortar location in Bucktown.
