At Common Language, our Rebounders are the foundation of every class, offering high-energy yet low-impact workouts that support lymphatic and hormonal health. With 6 class formats ranging from low to high intensity, we provide options for all ages, shapes, and abilities. Each music-based workout is designed to align movement with the rhythm of our playlists, creating a collective experience that energizes the mind, body, and spirit without stressing the body. We refresh our class content every 10 days to keep workouts exciting and inspire full self-expression, creativity, and movement.

Our studio takes an all-in-one approach to wellness with classes designed to meet you where you are. Twice as effective as running, our trampoline workouts enhance circulation, lymphatic flow, endurance, and full-body strength, while dance improves balance, flexibility, and metabolism—all in a gentle, fat-burning, and brain-boosting experience.

We offer four class formats both on and off the Rebounder. Our range of workouts allows you to rebound, sculpt, dance, work on your cardio and build strength. Whichever you choose, you'll leave class drench in sweat, vibrant, and inspired.
The Rhythm
50 min | Trampoline + Tone + Dance
Experience soul-shaking energy with this full-body workout that unites endless cultures through music. Bounce to the beat and let the endorphins release.
The Drip
45 min | Trampoline + Circuit + Tone
Designed with dance calisthenics and long, lean lines of sculpt intervals, The Drip is the ultimate sweat-dripping format, set to the beat of drums.
The Mix
50 min | Trampoline + Circuits + Tone
A high-energy workout where full-body sculpt, circuit, and fast-paced cardio jumping unite. Fusing movement to music, this class leaves you drenched and funky fresh.
The groove
50 min | Tone + Sculpt
Strategic toning set in a heated room, powered up with weights, bands, and gliders. You’ll utilize all planes of motion and move to the beat of the music.
