Common Language is a wellness studio and communal third-space where creativity, culture and community intersect for a whole-body, all-in-one wellness experience that supports your vitality from the inside-out. Our music-based and dance-infused workouts combined with our lymphatic-friendly workout formats using the Rebounder, allow you to reconnect to the joy of being alive in mind, body and spirit.

  • Our Rebounders are the foundation of every class. Helping to promote lymphatic drainage and hormone health, our tramps help keep our workouts high-energy, but low impact making it suitable for all ages, shapes, and abilities.

    We host 7 formats of classes ranging from low to high-intensity giving you flexibility to choose what your body needs in each moment.

    As a music-based workout, each class is thoughtfully curated and designed using the BPM's of our playlists helping to take your mind, body, and spirit on a journey as we move collectively while never putting our bodies in a high-stress state.

    We change our class content every 10 days so you can explore the range of your self-expression, creativity, and body.

With 6 class formats, you can sculpt, dance, work your cardio, build strength, or increase mobility. You’ll leave every class feeling drenched in sweat, vibrant, chiseled, happy, and inspired.     Dancing is gentle on the body, burns fat, improves balance and flexibility, boosts your metabolism, all while creating intricate neural pathways in the brain.

    Strategic toning to get you sweaty and lengthen your muscles. Weights, bands, gliders, and body weight are the foundation of every class. You’ll utilize all planes of motion and move to the beat of the music. “The Groove” will make you feel like you are on a tropical island as you sweat it out in a heated room. Your muscles will be nice and warm to start designing and changing your body!

A global presenter, Nike-sponsored athlete, and longtime creative director for top boutique studios, Samantha has spent over a decade shaping the way people move.

Common Language is more than a studio — it’s a return to self through sound. Under Samantha’s direction, it invites every person to move to the rhythm of who they really are.
