How to Apply
STEP 1
Apply
Fill out the application form and submit a short video introducing yourself including, where you currently teach, why you’d be a fit for Common Language, and what inspires your teaching style.
STEP 2
ONBOARD
Our team will review your application and respond within 48 hours. Once you’ve confirmed your training with us, we’ll onboard you with your training materials and book your training schedule. Once your training schedule is confirmed, we’ll get started with your curriculum! Throughout this time, Samantha is available for any questions.
STEP 3
TRAIN
Selected applicants will move into interviews, auditions, and/or training placement. After you’ve completed your training, you’ll have a final test-out. Not all trainings result in teaching. Growing + evolving might need to be explored if instructor needs more time.

No — prior rebounding experience is preferred, but not required.
We’re primarily looking for strong movement instructors with experience in Pilates, sculpt, barre, dance-informed fitness, or rhythm-based training. Musicality, presence, creativity, and teaching ability are most important.
All accepted instructors will receive Common Language method training before teaching classes.

Yes. Applicants should hold a Pilates certification and have prior teaching experience in a Pilates, sculpt, or barre-based environment.
We’re looking for instructors who already have a strong understanding of movement mechanics, cueing, and class leadership.

Yes.
While we are actively hiring instructors for our Wicker Park studio in Chicago, we also offer teacher training opportunities for out-of-state instructors, trainers, and studio owners interested in learning the Common Language method.

Our teacher training program is open to movement professionals, wellness leaders, and studios who want to integrate the Common Language methodology into their own offerings and communities.

We offer both in-person and virtual training opportunities depending on the program format.
Certain intensives and mentorship experiences may require in-person participation, while foundational education and consulting may be available virtually.

Yes.
We work with boutique studios and wellness brands interested in implementing the Common Language method within their own spaces. Studio consulting and team trainings may include programming support, instructor development, musicality coaching, and implementation strategy.

With workouts designed to challenge and inspire your body through high-energy, low-impact, beat-focused, dynamic movement, you’ll always leave drenched and feeling better than when you walked in the door.
Our studio is airy with large windows and bright light. It features an amazing sound system, equipment, wellness + activewear goodies. We open year round and can accommodate parties, studio rentals, and events!
